Rules & Regulation

  1. That all information/certificates submitted by me/us are true and to the best of my/our knowledge and nothing has been concealed.
  2. That I/we hereby accept unambiguously all the terms and conditions of the institution and undertake to fully abide by them.
  3. That I/we hereby undertake that, ragging is strictly prohibited. If our ward is found in directly / indirectly involved in ragging activity. He/she shall be punished/rusticated/expelled/ suspended from the institution and also liable to prosecution in term of the supreme court of India decision on petition No.(c) 656/1998. Ragging is now crime.         
  4. That I/we hereby undertake that, through Institutional authority we came to know that, Shiv Surgical Nursing School not entertaining off-campus courses.
  5. That I/We hereby agreed that in case of our ward fail to give 85% of Biometric attendance in theory-

 & 100% of Biometric attendance in practical training. Institutional authority has informed us, INC and U.P State medical faculty will not issue the admit card to write the board examination, for that institution authorities shall not be in any way responsible/liable.

  1. That the institution authorities shall not be in any way responsible/liable for any damages/expense on account of any loss/injury which may be sustained by the student at any time in the institution and hospital, or while commuting to and from the school or while taking part in sports, during excursion, during sightseeing, or any other extra-curricular activity, or due to accident or natural calamity or on account of any other reason whatsoever causing directly or indirectly loss/injury.
  2. That I/We hereby undertake that in case of expulsion of our ward due to disciplinary action, misconduct or other grounds, I/We shall not claim refund/compensation of the fact that child has attended the school for the full session or not. The decision of the school authorities shall be final and binding in this regard.
  3. That during the stay of the ward in the Institution, Hostel & Hospital. If he/she is sent home owing to medical reasons, then the institution holds no responsibility.
  4. That I/We are aware that the academic fee is payable by the following installment.
  • 1st installment (on admission) -1st August to 15th November -50% of the fees should pay
  • 2nd Installment -Before 15th of February         -      25% of the fees should pay  
  • 3rd Installment -Before 15th of June            -     25% of the fees should pay  

After the last date of fees submission every 15th of quarterly, Viz, November, February & June of Rs. 100/- per day (subject to maximum of Rs. 2500/- per month) in case we make payment of the fee beyond 15th of the desired month. The management reserves the right to revise the fee and other charges from time to time in keeping with the rise in the price index.

  1.  That if my/our ward is unable to meet the required standard in hi/her studies or conduct and is consequently declared ‘fail’ I/We shall not claim any refund of the total fees paid or a part thereof and the result declared by he school will be final and acceptable to us.
